No returns without Return Authorization (RA) number. Please call. We do not refund any shipping costs unless the error/problem causing the return is our fault. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking charge. Returns sent COD without RA# will be refused. We offer a three (3) day inspection on all our merchandise, except special custom items which are non-refundable. Goods may be returned prepaid after three (3) days of receipt (with RA#) in original shipped condition for refund of cost of goods for any reason or no reason.
